A first class cooking arena will set the stage as participating teams and their Food Network Celebrity Chef’s battle to defeat the reigning champions of the inaugural Chef’s Challenge – Team Crawford! Only 500 participants can be accommodated and they must fundraise a minimum of $2500 each just to attend this exclusive culinary event in the audience, while enjoying a five course dinner with wine pairings conceived by Chef Bobby Flay, and watch the challenge unfold on stage. Members of the audience will also be called upon during the evening to complete table-side challenges for Chef Flay. There are NO tickets available for this event. Only the top 60 highest fundraisers will earn the privilege to show off their culinary skills in the ultimate battle on-stage alongside our all-star line up of Food Network Celebrity Chefs and of course under the watchful eye of Chef Bobby Flay. |

| 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Pre-Battle Strategy Session |
On Thursday, November 24th final participant standings will be posted online. Then on Friday, November 25th, team members will be notified via email of their final team placements, Food Network Celebrity Chef Team Leader, and their assigned time and location for the Pre-Battle Strategy Session. The Pre-Battle Strategy Session is designed to allow team members the chance to meet each other in advance of the main event and their Food Network Celebrity Chef Team Leader. Your Food Network Celebrity Chef Team Leader will evaluate each team member’s culinary strengths and assign tasks based on ability. Under the watchful eye of Chef Flay, each team will have an allotted amount of time to complete challenges and food prep for your assigned course. Cameras will record all the drama that unfolds as your team works in the heat of Chef Flay’s kitchen. |

All participants, sponsors and invited media will attend a cocktail reception featuring live entertainment, a selection of paired wines and culinary delights conceived by Chef Bobby Flay. |
| 7:00 p.m. The Main Event - the stage is set, the heat is on! |
The Challenge - create a delicious three-course meal while under the watchful eye of Chef Flay. Each course must be delivered on-time for judging by a select panel of Celebrity Judges. Your meal will be scored on taste, presentation and ability to work in the heat of Chef Flay’s kitchen. |
Not a top 60 fundraiser? You will have the exclusive opportunity to watch incredibly talented Food Network Celebrity Chefs work their culinary magic live, as they lead their six teams in the ultimate Chef’s Challenge kitchen arena. You’ll be in the centre of the pulse-pounding action while enjoying the tantalizing epicurean food and wine delights. Don’t get too comfortable, you may be called upon to complete a table-side challenge for Chef Flay during the evening.
